Worship Metal’s Indispensable Guide To Wildfire Festival’s 2016 Line Up!

24-26 June 2016.....it's gonna be a scorcher!

Wildfire’s hard rock contingent is frankly incredible this year and a focus on showcasing genuine up and coming talent has resulted in a formidable set of names.

We’ve already mentioned Inglorious but they’re so good we’ll mention them again! Wildfire really have laid down the gauntlet by giving a headline slot to a band who are still establishing themselves but we have no doubt that Inglorious are more than capable of pulling off a tour de force performance.

Hot on the their tails are Stone Broken, another fast-rising band who’ve turned a whole lotta heads in the last 12 months and they have an air of experience that belies their relatively tender genesis. Honest, humble and delivering the kind of hard rock primed to decimate arena’s, we guarantee Stone Broken will be supporting the likes of Black Stone Cherry and Alter Bridge in years to come!

In fact, the rising hard rock stars on this bill are second to none. Drink this little lot in….

Colour Of Noise deliver a contemporary take on classic rock/blues in the style of the greats. Think the soulful undertow of Free shacking up with Queens Of The Stone Age and you’ll be darn close to the fruits of Colour of Noise’s labour. Should be an eye opener.

One Last Run belie their moniker by obviously having plenty in the tank! Led by the formidable vocals of Becky Roberts these UK hard rockers are at the beginning of something special.

The stoner-blues grooves of power trio Cairo Sun have already captured our attention and we’re chomping at the bit to hear their steam-rolling riffs in the flesh.

Bon Jovi…..are not at Wildfire (dang) but The King Lot are and they have that Jovi ‘sound’ down pat; magisterial melody and a classic 80’s feel, perfect for a summer festival!

The atmospheric artistry of Crowsaw has already proved itself to be darkly hypnotic. Steeped in tradition, these guys are the real deal and we don’t make that statement lightly.

The Dukes Of Bordello are a must see. Where else can you see a double-bass brandishing three-piece belt out Motörhead meets Supersuckers tunes in a field in Scotland. Nowhere else, that’s where!

Thirteen Stars and their brand of Skynyrd-esque Southern boogie blew us away last year. Suffice to say we’ll be up the front, taking in their set with a beer in hand and a shit-eating grin on our face once again!

Not forgetting, Bad Touch & Massive Wagons; established Wildfire favourites and returning to remind the new breed how it’s done!
