Those who enjoy raw-throated vocals, the heaviest of riffs, scorching solos and sledgehammer grooves will be cock-a-f*ckin’-hoop over Wildfire’s metal contingent.

Demons Of Old Metal are the cure for all your ills. Depression? Anxiety? Sobriety? All cured at the hands of these masked veterans of the UK metal scene. They’re going to make sure we all go to hell…and have fun doing it!

Mad Hatter 2.0 may very well be the fiercest groove metal machine in the UK right now. Catch ’em live to fully appreciate the kind of adrenaline surge they’re renowned for supplying.

Dendera have already supported the mighty Exodus this year, their thrashy Maiden-esque metal proving ever more popular as they lay siege to every corner of the UK.

After a few years downtime, Forever Never have returned and while their metal may be more melodic than ever, those ‘techy’ riffs, bouncy rhythms and soaring vocals are the perfect fit for Wildfire’s eclectic environment.

Belfast’s Maverick are a throwback to the glory days of 80’s heavy metal. Taking all the ‘right’ elements of Motley Crue, Skid Row (circa Slave To The Grind) and Quiet Riot and fashioning fist-pumping, sing-along metal anthems, these boys are bound to be a Wildfire highlight!

Led by current Cradle Of Filth guitarist Rich Shaw, NG26 steer clear of black metal histrionics and lean on classic metal songwriting. Riffs? Rich shits ’em!

Bringing the screams and the hardcore slamming pits to Wildfire are ((RSJ)). One word. Murderous.

Finally, Belfasts’ Sinocence deliver intense rhythms, melodic vocals and an ability to mash heads without relying on all out brutality; an anomaly we’re keen to experience.

I love metal. Always have. Always will. As editor of Worship Metal - a site dedicated to being as positive about metal and its myriad of sub-genres as possible - my aim is to 'worship' metal through honest reviews, current news and a wide variety of features; offering the same exposure to underground bands as we do to mainstream/well known acts. Our mantra; the bands are partners and we exist to serve the bands \m/
