Source // Gory Blister

Italian tech death crew Gory Blister are working on album number 6, whilst recruiting new members and setting up a series of gigs…..busy boys!

After the great audience reaction and sales achieved by The Fifth Fury (the band’s fifth album) released in 2014 via Sliptrick Records, Gory Blister have begun work on their new album, scheduled to be released at the end of 2017.

The sound of this new album, as yet untitled, will be deeply rooted in the main influences of the band. Although drawing inspiration from bands such as Death, Carcass, Kreator and Cannibal Corpse, Gory Blister are also evolving, focusing on melodies and atmospheres from the most modern metal sounds without distorting the band’s own unique style and personality.

Recently, bass player Fabiano Andreacchio joined Gory Blister to complete the line-up. Fabiano also writes and produces his own solo project, Atomic Factory (also on Sliptrick Records). Whilst working on the new album together, the band are preparing to hit the stage again with three live gigs in Italy:

• 20th January 2017 at Cantrale Rock Pub – Erba (CO)
• TBD March 2017 at Il Postaccio – Rome
• 20th April 2017 at Legend Club – Milan

Gory Blister are:
Paolo ”John St John” Quaglia – Vocals | Raff Sangiorgio – Guitar | Giuseppe “Joe” Laviola – Drums | Fabiano Andreacchio – Bass
