Irish Death Metal Act FLESHWOLF Release New Track “Deathstare”

Swedish death metal played by an Irish fella!

FLESHWOLF is a new one-man death metal project from Northern Ireland, strongly influenced by classic Swedish death metal and underground death metal in general!

The satisfying sound of a Boss HM2 Heavy Metal pedal welded to thirty years in the underground metal scene, Fleshwolf mainman Marty Robinson has taken his punk DIY ethos to it’s logical conclusion, having wrote all the music and played all instruments (except for drums/drum patterns provided by Altitudes & Attitude’s Joe Babiak), as well as recording and mixing the entire album himself.

Recommended to fans of Entombed, Entrails, Unleashed, Carcass and Slayer, “Deathstare” is Fleshwolf’s third single release – following on from the well-received singles “Trench” and “The Rot” – and is available from all major streaming and digital services from 31st May 2019.

Inspired by Jon Ronson’s book The Men Who Stare at Goats, new track “Deathstare” expands on modern military organisations exploring the weaponisation of telekinesis and other exotic techniques; a topic that is as bizarre as it is frightening.

I love metal. Always have. Always will. As editor of Worship Metal - a site dedicated to being as positive about metal and its myriad of sub-genres as possible - my aim is to 'worship' metal through honest reviews, current news and a wide variety of features; offering the same exposure to underground bands as we do to mainstream/well known acts. Our mantra; the bands are partners and we exist to serve the bands \m/
