5 Albums You Simply Can’t Ignore This September!

Ignore at your peril!!!!

And Not Forgetting….

….there could also be a treasure or two amongst this little lot:

The return of melodic Metalcore upstarts Atreyu with Long Live, due for release on September 18th.

The Black Dahlia Murder‘s latest pummeling effort Abysmal also lands on September 18th.

Love ’em or despise ’em, a new Bring Me The Horizon album always turns heads and the bands well documented departure to Alt Rock/borderline Pop on That’s The Spirit (released on 11th Sept) is bound to make the headlines!

Crossfaith’s Electronicore(!) mishmash of Slipknot, The Prodigy, Mad Capsule Markets and any by-the-numbers Metalcore band you can think of has already turned these Japanese nutcases into one’s to watch! Xeno, their 4th album set for release on September 18th, could be the record to propel them into the big leagues!

How can you miss the return of Tracii Guns? Devil City Angels, the new Rock supergroup consisting of Tracii Guns (L.A. Guns), Drummer Rikki Rockett (Poison), Bassist Rudy Sarzo (Quiet Riot/Ozzy/Whitesnake) and Guitarist Brandon Gibbs (Cheap Thrill), will release their self-titled debut on September 18th. Sleaze, riffs and all-out Rock ‘N’ Roll is a given!

Melodic Death Metal newcomers The Hudson Horror will see their accomplished debut receive its European release on September 15th, check ’em out before they explode!

Huntress are on an upward trajectory that shows no signs of slowing down. Static, released on September 25th, should see their ascendancy continue.

Metal Allegiance release their self-titled album of original material on September 18th 2015 via Nuclear Blast. Featuring a who’s who of Metal and Hard Rock’s musicians, the whole enterprise has been orchestrated by principal partner Mark Menghi who – alongside principal songwriters Mike Portnoy, David Ellefson & Alex Skolnick – has assembled the greatest Metal posse the world has ever seen!

Once Human, the new project from uber-producer Logan Mader (ex Machine Head/Soulfly) have released a video for their song “You Cunt”. If that’s not reason enough to check out their debut The Life I Remember then we don’t know what is!

No Epitaphs – the new release from Thrash ‘N’ Roll mutherf*ckers Ramming Speed – should bring these hard living, ever touring, grinding Thrashers to the attention of anyone who loves true Metal!

Shinedown are massive. Their 5th album, Threat To Survival, will be massive. Massive.

Original vocalist Daniel Tompkins returns to Tesseract and the Progressive Metal/Djent pioneers 3rd album, Polaris, is bound to confuse and cajole in equal measure when it lands on September 18th.

Windhand‘s highly anticipated Psychedelic Rock/Doom infused Grief’s Infernal Flower digs its way out of the grave on September 18th and should provide enough fuzzy riffs to keep any hardened Doom fan in raptures.

So many big releases in such a short space of time, what with Motorhead and Ghost in the next week or so and a new Rammstein live DVD is always cause for celebration, i’d sooner have a new album though.
