It’s no secret that WorshipMetal have a lot of love for old-school Thrash Metal and so when we discovered that Germany’s Darkness had announced not only the recruitment of a new frontman, but also the promise of brand new material, we immediately soiled ourselves and ran to find our copy of 1987’s Death Squad album; a Thrash f*ckin’ classic if you are unaware of it’s charms.

This is a double-whammy of exciting news for anyone with an interest in Teutonic Thrash and we are positively foaming at the mouth to hear what Darkness, circa 2015, can add to an already healthy Thrash scene.
