FATangel PR based in the Midlands, has today announced a new contract to handle all PR for Torqued; a dirty groove laden metal band with a twin vocal attack from the darkest depths of the UK’s deep south.

The partnership with FATangel PR will focus on all things press related for the band. Although the members have been in the music business for many years, Torqued are a brand-new band who are yet to gig, so the priority for now will be getting the name out there. The aim is that by the time they play their first gig – which is April 8th 2017 at Mosh Against Cancer Coventry – everybody will know the name Torqued!

Angel Merry, who runs FATangel PR comments:

“I worked with singer Marc previously and know how dedicated he is, he was very good to work with and I can’t wait for us to start brainstorming together again. The snippets I have heard of Torqued give me every confidence that this band will be really going places in the future! It was a no brainer to partner up again, but this time on an ongoing basis which is so exciting. I’m really looking forward to seeing what the future brings.”

Torqued are a 3-piece dirty groove laden heavy metal outfit based in the South West of the UK.

With more hooks than an abattoirs chiller, their unique brand of groove laden heavy metal has been constructed with one goal in mind; to rip faces and blow gauges!

Formed from the ashes of such bands as Frantic, Create Chaos, Vitriolic, Lex Umbra and Mad Hatter 2.0, Torqued are set and ready for shows across the UK in 2017 and beyond.

Torqued are:
Dave – Guitar, Vocals, Backing vocals
Marc – Bass, Vocals, Backing vocals
Kurt – Drums, Percussion, Backing vocals
