The return of old-school brutal thrash!

Uncivil War are preparing to make 2018 their year!

Uncivil War may be new, but they’re the epitome of old-school thrash. Formed by seasoned thrash veterans Scott Owen- Guitars/Vocals (Hirax, Subversion), Joe Cangelosi – Drums (Whiplash, Kreator, Brooklyn Militia) and Rich Day – Bass (Whiplash, Primal Scream), Uncivil War’s pedigree is indisputable and there’s no doubt these guys are here to bring passion and fury to a modern audience hungry for something real, something tangible and ultimately, something that thrashes your tits off!

“Uncivil War” is their first single and will feature on the compilation Metal on Metal this spring via Cataclysm Records.

The band had this to say about their new video for “Uncivil War” and the immediate future of the band:

“Here it is friends, the new full length video for our song “Uncivil War”. Our brother John Signorelli put a lot of hard work in, so please check out his new sequences! Also, we’ve got a number of singers trying out as we speak, including some names you won’t believe! We are really excited for the future. Uncivil War’s new singer will be announced soon!”

Check out the Official Full Version of “Uncivil War”, a song Worship Metal reviewed back in August last year as “a self-titled hark back to the days of classic thrash, unleashing a tirade of social commentary backed by furious and unkempt 80’s thrash riffs!”

As editor of Worship Metal - a site dedicated to being as positive about metal and its myriad of sub-genres as possible - my aim is to 'worship' metal through honest reviews, current news and a wide variety of features; offering the same exposure to underground bands as we do to mainstream/well known acts. Our mantra; the bands are partners and we exist to serve the bands \m/
