Mythra To Release NWOBHM Early Years Anthology

The NWOBHM revival keeps on truckin’ with the news that Mythra will release a compilation, via Skol Records, entitled Warriors Of Time: The Anthology. This limited edition album will include all the classic Mythra tracks from 1979 through to the early ’80s, plus 5 brand new songs written and recorded in 2015!

Acknowledged as a major influence on the Thrash scene of the early 80’s, Mythra’s groundbreaking Death And Destiny EP was a major component of the late 70’s New Wave Of British Heavy Metal Scene….it’s just a shame it didn’t make the impact it so blatantly deserved.

Warriors Of Time: The Anthology will hit the streets on November 30, 2015 and looks set to shine the spotlight soon Mythra once again. Including a brand new booklet to accompany the album, this must-own collector’s item will also house full lyrics, tons of previously unseen photographs from the ’70s and early ’80s and artwork by Italian artist Roberto Toderico, who has previously worked with other NWOBHM acts including Tygers Of Pan Tang and Quartz.
