Bloodstock’s 2016 line-up is impressive, showcasing true giants of metal (Slayer, Mastodon, Anthrax, Gojira, Behemoth and many more) alongside up and coming talent but it’s another legendary band saying their final goodbyes that’s Worship Metal’s must see performance.
Twisted Sister’s last ever UK show will play out at Catton Park and while the passing of years has inevitably called time on the party, these stalwarts of metal will undoubtedly prove that they are still hungry!
While “I Wanna Rock” and “We’re Not Gonna Take It” may be the mainstream-friendly metal they’re renowned for, Dee Snider and co. have always maintained a brooding menace and their contribution to the scene should not be underestimated.
The UK needs to send these iron men of rock ‘n’ roll off in the most raucous fashion we can muster.
